I have an idea. We don’t want to lynch the Jesper, right? So, instead of taking a chance and maybe getting some scum, let’s lynch me instead. I’m town, but if we lynch town, town, town, then the Jesper can’t recruit, and we then lynch scum, scum, scum, scum, win the game. Easy, peasy. We can do it Tomorrow if that works better for y’all, but I’m willing to sacrifice to guarantee us a win.

Santo Rugger, given I think you are scum and have done since the start of the game, and that you are now standing up asking to be lynched because you claim to be town, makes me slightly nervous.
As I pointed out earlier, the only guaranteed way to prevent the Jesper being lynched is to lynch uncontested roles. However that doesn’t help the town at all because the vanilla pool does not shrink.

Sorry, Santo I don’t see you as a better lynch canidate then NBC or Z. If nothing else asking to get lynched puts you down with NAF (unless maybe that’s what you want and you’re vanilla scum trying not to get lynched).
I’ve been trying to come up with a pool of people that I can protect who will notice they’ve been blocked, not hurt the town by bing blocked, but not be attacked by scum (eliminating NAFs ability to break his code of silence and claim first. I wish that our vig would come forward and attack me or NAF tonight, we can always use the other doc to protect him. But seeing ad how that’s probalby not going to happen, I’m thinking of blocking: one of the Connors although Sarah probably won’t notice the night power being blocked, the bus driver, or if there isn’t a way to confirm to tonight either random vanilla or NAF. I’m very open to suggestions.
Oredigger, protect John Conner(Squid. NAF, protect the politician(Almost Human). Squid and Almost Human, make sure you sure your ability toNight. One of you will get blocked, which will tell us which of the two are scum.
I dunno, but I wouldn’t be around, so it’s not my concern.

Oredigger, regardless of your alignment, I see your point. I’m not talking about Today, because I don’t think we can rally that kind of support, but I would like for it to be considered Tomorrow, at least. The options are obvious, and there’s plenty of WiFoM, I know, but I think it’s actually in the town’s best interest to lynch a vanilla townie. We should lynch story, too, because I think he’s town. Once there are no vanilla’s left, assuming we don’t lynch the Jester today, then the rest of the game should end with nary a problem.

I believe that the politician’s power like Sarah’s is day use so it couldn’t be blocked. The bus driver on the other hand is a night power and all he’s trying to do is switch the targeted power role with hopefully scum. Since the comuter doesn’t know when he’s blocked this seems to be the role that would hurt the least if blocked.
And how do I know if you’ve blocked me?
Anyway, we don’t really need to test both of you: if NAF fails to block Squid, he must be lying.
I thought I was blocking AH? Also, I would rather not test myself just to prove who I am to the town. I have a system going that I am planning on sticking with. If you need to lynch me tomorrow because of it, so be it.
Just thought of a way we can use the vig to confirm me. We pick a random vanilla for me to protect and have the vig try and kill that vanilla. If I’m scum town wins by eliminating part of the vanilla pool, if they’re still there in the morning I’m confirmed. We can let NAF block John.

Well sure, bring that up. But in this case it is kinda impossible for us to both be scum.
Though it would be totally awesome if we were. Next time I am scum in a closed game I will have to see if I can get someone to try that with me. We both false claim the same role.
In a closed game, I’d do it. =P It’d have to be a doc or something that the town is equally unlikely to lynch. Bonus points if you save one of you from a lynch that way, then the other one counterclaims on the next day, claiming they didn’t have time to read the thread.
