I’ve faked quite a few, mostly these were times when I was taking SSRI’s, which can make it almost impossible to orgasm sometimes.
I think it’s about as easy for men to fake as it is for women. I haven’t noticed any of my partners checking for ejaculate quantity or worried about a relative absence of semen. I think that’s more of a gay issue. Sometimes not much comes out, despite a powerful orgasm, so it’s not a dead giveaway.
