I never understood this either. The only thing I can think of is if your gut hangs over your pants and you’re putting your hand there to stretch the waist band of your pants allowing your stomach not to feel the cinch of the waist
I do it sometimes.
As far as men doing adjustments, sometimes things get tangled where the pants squeeze the pendulum and weights the wrong way and it would be impossible to walk without causing significant pain.
I do this all the time. I think it has something to do with the rise on my pants. Putting a spacer between my waist and junk keeps everything from bunching up.
If I were you, OP, I’d add to the poll what kind of underwear we’re wearing when we do it. Perhaps the briefs-among-us are the people that don’t understand the behavior, because they’ve already got something performing the job?
Used to. Broke myself of the habit.
Still occasionally have one hand in the waistband when I sleep, though. Couldn’t tell you why.
Bat wings??? The things you learn here!.. I occasionally find myself, legs stretched out in front of me on the couch and my hand stuck between my thighs, just above the knees, but I’m not touching anything, its just somewhere to put my hand for a few minutes. Especially if its cold.
Pocket billiards?
And I can’t do that, I watch TV naked.
