I had mine done in 1962 when I was still a rare surgery. My Doctor snipped the little tubes and tied both ends in a knot so he said. Ever afterward I would had an occasional pulling pain on the right side. I suspect the Doctor did it wrong. Still, it was worth it, minor surgery for a guy, much more invasive surgery for a woman.
No long term issues here - but when a white man, alone in the bathroom, takes off his undies and sees a black scrotum attached to him it’s a bit disconcerting.
