Flynn isn’t the only douche canoe suing the 1/6 committee.
These lawsuits are nothing more than mobsters suing the FBI for daring to investigate them.
They need to be tossed out of court quickly, and with extreme prejudice, with costs against the plaintiffs, and sanctions against the lawyers who helped with this attempt to subvert the course of justice.

Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, the sources said. Both Army veterans spread misinformation about the election being stolen from Trump.
The above snip being the most pertinent piece of course. Not proven, although I suspect as more documents are released it will be confirmed based on his actions and statements to date.

On a note more directly related to the OP, he also reportedly egged on the Religious Right with his assertation that leftists would find Jesus to be a domestic terrorist due to his actions against the moneylenders, which required a degree of Religious Right doublethink and contortions that bent my brain. But since I haven’t been able to find a well documented source other than the quote in Newsweek, I feel it’s a bit unfair to assume the details. Then I reminded myself, it’s the Pit. So fuck him.
