As for Trump being a Messiah, I saw a sovreign citizen video on YouTube in which the sovidiot was sitting in his car as the officers prepared to break hi window, and he actually prayed to Trump to save him. I have to go see if I can find that again.

There are far to many people who see the CFSG as ordained by God, a Messiah, or other semi-divine entity. Which is only -slightly- worse than thinking being elected president means that he should be obeyed as an ultimate authority and everyone should have to follow his orders by force if needed (which somehow they seem to feel doesn’t apply if said president was from another party).

Now, note, the actual event is in no-way news. We long ago brought up that once Flynn went political, he was widely willing to lend his name to anyone for the cash… but I certainly sniggered a bit when I saw that the DoD is going after the money he collected due to Flynn’s violations of the emoluments clause that his own patron managed to dodge.
And of course, in Flynn’s mind, it’s all persecution for his being outspoken. No denial of the event, just that he’s the victim here. I might manage a single crocodile tear if anytime during the last two months of Russia’s ongoing war against the Ukraine, if Flynn would have donated those funds to relief aid . . . but Flynn’s long since given up anything but the grift.

The article also includes numerous other calls to spiritual war and the like, which will surprise no one in the thread.

Here we are, 7/6/2023, with Trump running full steam for another term, and we’re all hoping he trips and falls under his many criminal indictments. But at least right now, he’s calling for this thread’s least (?) favorite person, an avowed Christian Nationalist, to be ready to come back to the Once-and-Future Trump White House.
At a meeting kicking off the Miami conference, Flynn spelled out that plan. “Local action has a national impact. You get involved in your school board, your county commissioners, or elections…and you get in there, and you mix it up, and you fight.”
Flynn describes this struggle as a war. At the same Miami event, he said, “I have fought these bastards around the world, OK? And, the worst battles I have – sadly, sadly – the worst battles, the worst war that I am involved in is in my own country.”
Flynn says he’s at war in his own country. And it looks like he’s trying to muster an army.

Looks to me like that traitorous piece of shit Flynn had a few typos in his speech. He keeps saying war in his own country when he means war on his own country.
