I use MS Outlook Web Access to connect to my e-mail account at work. I assume that this is a generic program used by many corporate clients.
It drives me crazy that when I view the list of the e-mails in my “sent” folder I can see from whom the e-mails are from, but not to whom they were sent. Of course, they were all sent by me. Duh, it’s my sent folder. What use is that? What I need to be able to see is the recipient’s name. Only then will my searching of the “sent” folder be expedited (the subject line alone is often not enough to help me).
So, is there any way to modify the defaults so that I can see to whom the e-mails in my sent folder were sent to?
Remember, I am talking about the remote web access program for Outlook, not Outlook itself.
At the risk of revealing my ignorance, the only button that says “view” is the one from IE itself. And, there is no “current view” option to be found under it.
Is there another “view” button or tab that I’m overlooking?
Exchange Server 2003 web client is much improved over the one you have.
Shows the To, Subject, Sent Date and Time. Support for Public Folders. Much better user interface and better features.
