It’s organised by Trinity BA society. Or maybe it’s just organised by the BA Soc president and she just happened to mention it in her speach. I have no idea, I just crawl.

whats a JCR?
It’s for Trinity grad students (including us Part III mathmos). It’s like TCSU (Trinity College Student Union) but has fewer members so offers better free stuff! This having-a-maths-degree is starting to pay off
JCR = “Junior Combination Room” its essentially the undergrad student union, and representative body for each Cambridge college.
Aaahhh… We would’ve called it the MCR (or Middle Common Room). And yes, being smaller, the postgrad unions have more money to spend per member, and so life is much better
