One of the running jokes on the show is that Gloria has the voice of a parrot. I think it’s funny, that she is so hot and gorgeous and sexy in every way except her voice.

To me her crazy accent is part of the appeal. She’s like Ricky Ricardo with breasts. Er, not that I have a thing for Ricky Ricardo, just I think that’s why I like her crazy talk.
I assume Stella was added when somebody pointed out that it’s not a real “Modern Family” unless somebody has a dog they treat like a child.
I think you got it backwards. She’s not a crazy accent with breasts. She’s the world’s most perfect breasts with a crazy accent and good comic timing.

I’ve never been attracted to Gloria simply because she looks so fake (boobs…lips…) yet Claire just has such a natural beauty to her.
Only if Ty Burrell were there too. Actually, I’d rather it were just Ty and me.
It’s amazing how two totally hot parents can have such ordinary-looking kids.

I thought this was one of the stronger episodes this season. Loved the part where the family was critiquing Clare’s debating skills and arguing over which was her “bad side”.

If you go back and watch some of the first episodes from the first season, Gloria’s accent was much softer then, as were Cam and Mitchell’s mannerisms.
I thought the autotuned video was hysterical.
Fully agreed! I am amazed how poor Phil is the subject of physical and mentally abusing humor more & more. (Favorite was the one with the sexy minivan ad.)
Alex, clearly the smartest, cracked me up too during the faux debate as well as Luke and Haley. Scenes like those are so well-timed (and well edited), you have to rewind to play what you missed during laughing.
Lily was adorable, swearing or not, Cam & Mitchell handled it well. Lily had them by the little finger though. “Remember the word you said that made Daddy Cam laugh that started with ‘F’?” “Flower?” “No.” Oh, you mean, [bleep]." Priceless. The kid already knows she really is the princess. 
Jay-- come on! Stella SWIMS! She’s not the late-life substitute baby! 
And, as always, props to Claire & Gloria. Hot, hot, hot and brilliant. Claire’s combination of natural expression/suppressed expression was right on with Phil’s vernacular version of that.

“I couldn’t hear it because you were showing the bad side of your face.”
“I have a bad side?”
“Yeah, the left.”
“No, it’s the right.”
“Dad, it’s the left… I mean look at it.”
“Sweetheart, why do you think I chose my side of the bed?”
But then a few seconds later he saw what she meant, lol
