lights a candle for Bosda’s Mom.
Sweetly be, dear lady.
You and your family have my deepest sympathies.
That’s so heart wrenching I can only imagine what you are going through.
Bosda, I’m so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing.
If you would care to, feel free to e-mail me your mom’s name and I’ll put her on our church prayer list.
Words are never enough. You have many friends here. Take strength and comfort from us.
I’m sorry for your loss.
Te acompaño en el sentimiento… I share your feelings.
That line had always seemed trite to me, it didn’t make any sense. Then Dad died, and I understood: a lot of what you feel is grief, but also other things that novels and movies never talk about. Anger, emptiness. You see something that reminds you of that person and abandon your cart in the middle of the supermarket, to go break out in boohooing, howling tears in your car in the parking lot, and you’re not even sure if you’re sad or angry or pitying yourself or what but whatever it is it hurts.
Yours was the first Dopername I recognized. {{{{Bosda}}}}
I’m so sorry for your loss, Bosda. May your memories of your mother always be of the best times.
Such a sad, sad, painful thing, to lose a mom. Words fail at moments like these.
Take care of yourself, Bosda.
Bosda, I’m so sorry. I wish there were more words to comfort, but there aren’t. Hold her hand and talk to her, hearing lasts after other senses fade.
Bosda, I’m so sorry to hear that. Best wishes to you and your family.
Cremation, after my brother Tommy sees her.
Memorial ceremony at the Episcopal Church (Mom never set foot in the local one, but she was raised in that faith).
