What’s more appalling is that this woman got away with this for so long, when the schools, at an absolute minimum, had to be aware of what was going on. How come no one said or did anything?

What an absolute scumbag that woman is, if even half of those allegations are true. And it doesn’t sound like she denies them. I too am perplexed about how she got away with that behavior for so long.

This woman is at minimum criminally insane, no? Why should she be allowed 10 feet near any child?

Can you sue for damages in Canada? I think if I were those kids, I’d sue both mom and dad.

It sounds like Canada’s sentencing guidelines are way too lenient. She should be sentenced to life in prison with no parole.
My guess is he confronted her about it to make her stop, and then the following happened:
HOW does one leave their children to face something like this alone?
Hey-jail the Mom for life, but Dad has some answering to do, as well. Article doesn’t say when he left-maybe the kids were out of the house?
