Most complicated drink possible at Starbucks

Thanks for the pedantry. I tossed this answer to my “blog” and someone fired back “with a twist of lemon” (6). I don’t know whether or not this is a valid addition to the drink as it stands, since I don’t go to Star*ucks and at the place I go instead I only need to resort to “large, plain, black coffee” (5) when the “server” (2) – they have the self respect not to overinflate themselves by saying “barista” (3) – is new and doesn’t know what I mean when I say “coffee” (2).

I’m not sure a twist of lemon goes with a blended drink. With a hot drink? Let’s see how far we get, integrating other suggestions as well:

venti seven-shot three-shot-decaf one-and-a-half-pump sugar-free amaretto hundred and seventy degree two percent seven Nutrasweet with whip extra caramel extra sprinkles caramel macchiato with a twist of lemon.

58. And that’s pronouncing “caramel” as two syllables. If they calibrate their thermometers to five-degree increments, “hundred and seventy-five degree” for one more. I think “hundred and seventy-seven degree” is probably pushing it.

Me, I can’t take more than about nine syllables before lunch.
