With Time Travel: Go back in time and give the Axis in WWII plans for advanced techonogy, such as a working Jet Engine, and possibly the plans and knowledge and plans to build a nuke. Nazi Germany with nukes and Jet Engines the early on would be pretty scary, other various technologies that’s only say a decade ahead of the times would also be potent. Japan would probably also have a field day with such technology. Imagine if instead of conventional bombs nukes had been dropped on Pearl Harbor.
