Most ungodly place you've ever had a pimple? (TMI thread)

URLs please, I’ve seen a few but never mind seeing new ones

You are most definitely not alone here.

www.youtube.com :stuck_out_tongue: search for “zit popping”

My husband got a pilonidal cyst once. I had to deal with the aftercare.

We win the thread.

I have some other thoughts on this subject, but it’s almost suppertime.

Until Broomstick shows up. C’mon Lynn, you KNOW that.

A Bartholin’s cyst is going to be right next to the vagina, in the labia minora area. Can’t speak for anyone else, but that’s not where mine was.

I saw it by mistake on Tosh.0. He didn’t show it as host but showed the audience while they watched it. Much later he had a guest host (Chris Rock maybe?) who went ahead and showed it. Yuck. (They do use a scalpel and not an Xacto after all.)

This one (you will have to sign in to see it):

Same here – a lot of little ones and occasional bigger. More under my left breast than right ?!

The first time I ever heard of one of those, it was a high school classmate and one of his friends was teasing him that he had to get a new butt because the old one got a crack in it.

:stuck_out_tongue:

Are people talking about zits again? Don’t make me come down there and post a link!

Hers was on her face. My husband’s cyst was in an ungodlier place. I have to admit she had a scarier experience.

Yeah. My secret is that I have a small pilonidal cyst. It’s leaked twice in my life but I’ve never needed surgery.

Oh my god, I saw that one about a year ago!

Have you guys seen this one?

My thoughts are that any zit (cyst, abscess) in or around the genitals or anus is in an ungodly place. I base this reasoning on various Sunday school teachings.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of finding a hair in the middle of a zit, plucking out the hair, and having a core come out with the root. Even if you don’t get a core with the hair, the zit will frequently drain after the hair is plucked out, and sometimes if you squeeze the open zit a core will emerge. If I squeezed a zit, and didn’t get all the crud out, and a scab forms, a core sometimes forms under the scab.

I’m very nearsighted, and I have excellent fine motor control, so I can find and remove blackheads with a pair of tweezers. Sometimes the blackheads will protrude slightly from the skin surface, and I can grab them and tug them out. No squeezing, no pain, just a sense of relief. The pore will usually shrink after a few minutes. If I can find and remove a blackhead at the right stage, I might prevent a nasty zit from forming. Or at least that’s what I tell my husband when I notice a blackhead on him.

Damn it, all this talk about cores is making me wish I had a huge zit right now that I could pop!

strips down and searches every inch of body

You know what’s even more satisfying than popping pimples? When you have an itchy scalp, so you scratch and scratch and scratch until it begins to ooze, and when you go to feel the spot the next day the ooze has hardened into a (sometimes nice and large) crust. Those things are SO fun to pick!

And, if you’re really lucky, the core will bond to the scab so if/when you pull the scab off the core comes with it, nature’s little biore pore strip!!!

I addressed this very issue in post #18.

I’ve had one on the inside of the mouth, which made it painful to eat.

I’ve had one right in the middle of my right buttock, which made it painful to sit down.

Those are probably my worst.

Unlike you freaky people, the worst one I ever had was inside my ear — enjoyable because when it popped (from merely touching the back of my ear), I clearly heard it, nice and amplified.
