Hey people, I started a thread so people can swap msn addys, add some more intelligent Dopers to my msn list.

No offense (it’s a great idea), but I’m not sure how many that fit under the “smart” label would publish their email address on a public forum for bots to pick off and give out to every spammer on the face of the planet.
Wish we had a chat room here though…
Well they can Email them to me if they want. Not too bothered by bots.
There is a Straightdope chat but I’ll leave it to someone with more concise directions to it to tell you how to get there. If I tried you’d probably end up in the Sahara of the internet.

The straightdope IRC channel can be found on the Undernet servers at #straightdope. To connect you need to either download an IRC client, and then join the nearest undernet server to you and type /j #straightdope or you can go to www.undernet.org , choose “Webchat” and join from there.
