Munchkin Mini Mafia

If we needed to we can kill both MHaye and Squid tomorrow as well. So I think it is a wash. I’m not against killing both MHaye and Sinjin, but I don’t see there being much difference between killing two this Turn or killing Two next Turn. Killing two this Turn does have the advantage of possibly ending the game faster, but MHaye is no longer here, and sinjin has her vote on herself. As it stands, sinjin has the power to take out both herself and MHaye by unvoting herself and voting for MHaye.

So your desire might come to pass.
However, no one should do anything except for sinjin at this point.

Of course, if we had just killed everyone…

Well, maybe, assuming the Good player cooperates and doesn’t go for a Chaotic win.

I’m beginning to think you were right, at least in terms of a Lawful win.

Ah, well, I’ve done my bit, said my piece, and my time is just about done. I’ll cross my fingers and hope for the best. Go Town!

And that’s the Turn. Give me a bit to work out the actions…

Oh, MHaye, how could you tell on me like that.

Sorry for the drama guys, I’ve been talking to myself on the scum boards for over a week now and going slightly crazy in the process. You all played really well.

Well, you fooled me, obviously :smack: Nice job, there.

And if you’re telling the truth here, then the game is over, and it’s probably a Chaotic win. Oh well, I’m still counting it a 1/2 win for me

Maybe. Maybe not.
Zsofia was the 5th Chaotic. The expected value for the number of Chaotic players is 5.

I am Lawful. I can tell you that for certain.
So only if MHaye and Squid are Chaotic will Lawful lose.

We will see.

As sachtertorte said I was going for the Chaotic win since there was no way for an Evil win. What can I say, I’m EVIL!

Oh, and please give me feedback here or elsewhere so I can make the next game that much more fun.

YES!!!

I think this is the first time I’ve been on a winning team!

I would like to personally thank you for NOT playing for a Chaotic-only win. That’s the kind of team spirit that us Lawful folks really like.

Congradulations all!

I guess I’m just too nice - I want everybody to win!

Woo-hoo! Go Z-soft!

Another valiant-though-ultimately-doomed-scummy-effort from sinjin. I was rooting for you…

It was a fun game and refreshing to get into a unique setup.

Thanks to Pleo and all gnomes, halflings, elves, orcs, and humans.

But not half-elf assasins? :frowning:

As usual in a Pleonast-mod game, I had a great time in this game. Very unique set-up that kept us all guessing. Everyone was a power role, but not too powerful. Lots and lost of different ways to gain and obfuscate information. And of course I’m delighted to win, and glad I actually had some small part in making it happen, even if sinjin did fool me :stuck_out_tongue:

I know from skimming the Forbidden Thread that most think the lynch of Blaster and zuma was a mistake, but I’m not so sure. Yes, we lost 2 Goods and it could have been catastrophic, but at least in the case of zuma we got information where we would have gotten none if we left him alone. (I do wish the personal nastiness could have been avoided). And I think there is some meta-benefit to following through on lynch the lurker claims, so scum at least think twice about it in future games. AND Darth was on the original list - if we had been more expansive with our lurker voting, we could have had 2 Good and 1 Evil gone. Not a bad deal. I have no regrets about it.

I think the multi-lynch was crucial to the Town win. Without it, I suspect we would never have been able to come back from the hole we were in.

I agree. The Turn One lynch was the correct move. The criticism comes from the fact that we zapped two Good players. We couldn’t know that we were doing that and we would never be able to know about zuma (I wasn’t going to investigate him because my investigation would have a higher chance of failure). So if we needed to kill zuma, so we might as well double up and kill him sooner rather than later.

I’m sorry I exploded at Blaster Master at the time, but I felt very strongly that showing up just before deadline did not distinguish him from the fate we decided for zuma.

In terms of balance, I think this game was tilted in the Town’s favor. My role (Half-Elf Cleric) was exceedingly bad for Evil. To an unfair extent. Cursing me was not an option as my 50% survival rate is boosted by my Luck. I wouldn’t even need the Cure action. In addition, the Elf part made me more effective as an investigator.

That 2 of the 4 viable investigation candidates on my list were Evil didn’t help either. As it was, all 4 Evil were vulnerable to investigation, so by happenstance they were already put into an unenviable position.

And multi-lynch must never see the light of day again. Being able to lynch two found Evil really tipped the balance. And the nuclear option should never be an option. A single confirmed Town could win the game instantly.
Yay Town!

I have a game setup. Shall I start a new one? Or was someone else planning on running one?
