Back in 1997, my mother was on her deathbed with a lousy heart. Her doctor came in on awful night and told me that she only had 2 days to live and that mom’s HMO refused to pay for the transplant. I had to do something drastic. Despondent, I left the hospital and spent the night wandering the streets of Chicago. As I turned down a darkened alley, I heard a gentle click, click, click behind me. Lost in my own thoughts, I thought nothing of it. Soon, the sound got faster, and louder. clickclickclickclick, and, at the last second, I turned around and there was a large, elegantly dressed person, with a huge wig, feathered boa, and stilletto heels, behind me. A soft voice said: “I can help, but it will cost you.”
I spare you the gory details, but I got the $100,000 I needed to save my dear old mom, but I had to sell my X chromosome and have them modify my Y chromosome to be an XY chromosome. Little did I know that person in the alley was none other than Andre Charles.
I’ve never told another soul about that night… until now. Thank you, John Mace, for making me revisit that horrible, horrible night when I had to make the life changing decision between my mother’s life, and my own chromosome.

I don’t think it’s female, and I certainly don think it’s “colored”, or however it refered to itself. Considering the kind of tripe it’s been spewing, it seems awfully likely that it thought it’s links would be given more weight if they came from a member of one of the groups condemed by the links.
I’m just surprised it didn’t try to convince us it’s a black female Jew.

As a guest (no credit card), I can’t do searches. But Science Girl’s habit of ending every post with “Regards” reminds me of another sock, just a few weeks back. One of the Stormfront fuckwits maybe?
Gender Genie got it wrong when I wrote a couple of paragraphs, but when I pasted in a particularly long post I’d made a while back, it overwhelmingly showed me as male (which I am).
One reason that I think that she is not female is sort of an intuitive feel for the way that men and women use language. I often make mistakes here at SDMB, so I can’t always rely on it. But I did gain a little ability from grading all of those English papers.
In the short sections where she has actually used her own words, Science Girl is not unintelligent. That makes me wonder why the poster would choose to use the words “colored” and “brown” in reference to herself. If she were Black, she would be proud of it and use an appropriate term. She also wouldn’t waste her time reading articles by people who are less perceptive than she – and bigotted against her race and her gender.
So she isn’t a person of color. And what she has posted doesn’t have much to do with authentic scientific research. So why the “Science” in her name?
If she has probably lied about her race and her academic grasp, why should I believe anything else she says?
As far as I am concerned, she might as well cut bait.
