It’s helpful to first spell out any abbreviations before you use them. People throw up random initials all the time on the Dope. I find it maddening but it seems folks are sometimes more concerned about abbreviating every thing they can rather than writing clearly and meaningfully. I would blame smartphones but Dopers really should know better.
