Trivia: Pufnstuff was voiced by Van Snowden, who has voiced him since the original series 37 years ago.
Question: what’s the game that was parodied by Randy in Joy’s cartoon? I’ve seen it but I can’t remember it’s name- a gigantic rolling ball gets larger and eventually picks up mountains and the like.
“A purple Christina Aguilera went into a horny Carol Burnett.” (One day I’m going to find out just what the hell Mad-Libs are.)

I’m a huge Earl fan, and I’d say meh this time around. I chuckled maybe two or three times and that was it. They’ve done much, much better than this. Randy’s fantasy was just painfully long and unfunny (although I liked that he had the germ of the idea for Moby Dick - which Earl, of course, panned).
Funny - the thread is split on this one. For me, it was the first one in weeks that I enjoyed. Randy’s fantasy made me laugh. It wasn’t great, but it was better than I’ve seen the rest of the season.

Quick question for those that hated the show:
**Are you old enough to have watched H.R. Puffenstuf as a kid? **
I have a feeling that for those that did watch it, this show was better than for those that did not.

I think you’re on to something there. I was expecting something goofy in Randy’s story, but suddenly seeing HR Pufnstuff was like an acid flashback, and I never even took acid.
