So, I reckon the chances of you 2 guys being wolves just went up?
I really didn’t like that sangaman didn’t vote yesterDay. I know he said he was busy, but he was definitely around.

Yeah for sure, thats why I’m saying I don’t understand the embarrassment and non posting aspect - from any role really. Scum or Town, he could have said 25% on POG and it wouldn’t have been a major deal. So why does he avoid posting for a while in either role?
sure, i mean, i think it’s the truth and i know i’m a villager so i’m going to say it if i think it will help the village
I’m not worried about people calling me wolfy because i know what i am and i have the truth on my side
Who? Me and pwnsall?
Elaborate please?
sorry if i came off a little demeaning with the loling at you and what not
the game is just much different here
i’ve actually found tons of people wolfy because here there seems to be some sort of need for people to justify there votes
i’d rather have someone just say they voted someone for tone or soul read than trying to force a reason
**Vote Lilflower **
Yep, didn’t yall just prove that otherboarders are more likely to be scummy than us?
Absolutely have to justify your votes. The first game I played here, I voted, and immediately everyone in the game said: vote: texcat for a vote without a good reason.
And too easy,
Vote: Episkey, for voting not only without any explanation like Inner did, but also voting for without even a quote
just because people jump on people for such things doesn’t make it correct
were you a villager or a scum that game?
results oriented but still
?
I explained it about 10 minutes ago in the post where I said the person voting from Gnarly -> Scuba -> Inner looks as if they are trying to get on any non-blaster wagon.
You even specifically quoted that aspect of the post lol
Well, I ran them off.
Unvote: Episkey
If your plan is to lead a genocide again our board because pwns and I believe the wolf team could comprise a high % of us due to the high % of pogger deaths, that’s fine I suppose. You really should start with the ones being most scummy though?
*Note: My “genocide” comment is meant with a light heart.
I was a villager and everyone knew that it was my first game, and unvoted, but I never voted again without a reason, even if it was a feeble Day One reason again.
Different cultures on that I suppose, though I can’t ever argue against stating reasons for voting. We have a lot of players that just vote on “tone” and it gets kind of annoying because it’s not a logical process you can follow along to see if you agree/disagree etc
should be reason not to do it to other people if anything
the problem with forcing reasons is it looks fake, and fake reasons are what wolves use to mislynch people
And my vote was certainly meant in a light-hearted way, although you will notice that I justified it.
haha, you did ![]()
That game is still ongoing, so I can’t really comment, but you could ask Normal Phase what she thinks of him, because she has played with him before. He has said he is very good as scum, so if he is convoluted as town, he must be convoluted as scum as well, otherwise it would be a give-away.
I don’t know what Ed gives credit for, but not that you get no town cred, but maybe not as much as you guys might give. As for why, you will get dinged for being on the wrong wagon, obviously.
pwnsall and peeker posted their votes very close together, so both might have felt they had a deciding vote. The post before that, pwnsall was dithering. What made you pick Blaster, pwnsall?
Oh, but I disagree here. I think fake reasons are what we use to lynch wolves. The point is that you should say why you are voting the way you are. And I agree that Episkey listed his reasons before he voted. And generally it’s acceptable to say, I have no effing clue who to vote for, and am voting on gut. That’s OK, at least in the early days. But! If you just lynched a townie instead of a wolf, at least we can look back and say that you didn’t have much of a reason. I think it does place more pressure on wolves to come up with convincing reasons for their votes. And any time you can force the wolves to talk and explain, the more chance you have of catching them.
Yeah, that makes sense. I guess I read it as essentially “it doesnt matter when/how you got your vote on, not too much town cred” when I think certain votes are really townlike compared to others.
As for 2nd part, I agree entirely. Pwnsall was a deciding vote in his opinion it would seem and he voted the wolf. Could he have done it as a wolf? Sure, but I think it’s much more likely he did it as Town (which is why it’s soft rather than lock).
