By the way, Episkey convinced me that I should probably provide a link to the game I’m basing this on, since he’s read it and MykBot played in it and it might give them a marginal leg up on what’s going on. Plus, it’s entertaining as hell to read, and a pretty fascinating insight into a board with completely different Mafia/Werewolf lingo, tactics, and culture. Most of the people at this board are poker players, so they’re mostly sharp as hell and tend toward the analytic (much like Dopers!). If we’re running short on players for this game, I’ll probably try to recruit a few more good people from that board as well.
Anyway, here’s the link to Mystery Mash. I will caution you not to assume that particular aspects of that set-up will also be present in this set-up, although there will be some overlap.
Also, while you’re over there, feel free to poke around other werewolf games; they run a ton of them. I can give you recommendations about particularly fun game threads to read if you have some time to kill. And, of course, if you have any interest in signing up to play there yourself, you definitely should…they’re always looking for new blood!
