Neat- Janitor in Scrubs really was in the Fugitive!

Just another amusing point in one of the best written shows on TV, and certainly the most underrated.

In last week’s episode they have a running joke about the pranks the janitor is playing on people- playing all these different characters.

JD gets it in his head, after seeing “The Fugitive” movie with Harrison Ford on TV, that a bit part (of the transit cop on the train) is played by the janitor. The janitor of course denies it till the end of the show, when after being called out by JD, he finally admits it in an amusing manner.

The real funny part, is that it’s all true. The actor playing the janitor is really the actor who played the transit cop.

See for yourself:

And that is just cool.

Cool!

Can’t believe he’s the voice of XR too. XR sounds so… optimistic and enthusiastic.

I looked it up, too.
Glad I’m not the only dork around here.

Cool … I meant to look it up and forgot … thanks for doing my work for me!

Cool! I knew I was forgetting to do something…

Remember, we can only use our dork power for good, not evil. Well, not too much evil.

Where would we be without IMDB?

:stuck_out_tongue:
IMDB rules. And so does Scrubs. It’s the only sitcom I watch anymore.

And we dorks have to stick together.

Yeah, I had to: a) freeze-frame so I could look at his face, and then b) immediately run to the computer so I could check his IMDB listing.

Scrubs just keeps getting better- I love that show. And one day, Elliot WILL be mine. Oh yes.

I agree wholeheartedly. It makes me very sad that they lose 6% of the audience after Friends, because, in my mind, Scrubs is a thousand times better written and more compelling, and a million times funnier.

Dr. Cox is my God.

But elf6c, now that you’ve told his secret he’ll have to kill you. :stuck_out_tongue:

It was a cute touch on a great, but underrated show.

Bibliocat, have you tried Arrested Development on Fox? It has a similar smart style of humor, but isn’t quite as surreal and self-aware. It’s the only other sitcom I watch regularly besides Scrubs.
