Need MP3 Software player recommendation

I’ve got Winamp, but I’m not completely happy with it. I’d like a player that:

Allows you to browse a list of files and gives not only the names and sizes, but also length (in minutes:seconds) and bit rate.
Can rename & delete from said list
Can do fades (i.e. segues) from one song to another
Requires relatively low CPU overhead (I’d like to run this on an old machine, say a P-133).

Any ideas?

I’m sure you can find winamp plugins to do all of that. http://www.winamp.com/plugins , I think
