We actually had sibling kittehs eons ago we called Darryl and Darryl.
She looks more like Shirley Temple than a fem-fatale.
Maybe Dorothy & Scarecrow. he thinks he’s scary.
Happy Toosday!
It’s been a beautiful day weather wise.
House hunting sucked snot through a straw.
I used to watch two black and whites brother kitties.
Well, they weren’t really kitties. They were big, fat cats.
Tom and Jerry. Tom weighed about 8 pounds, Jerry was the light weight at 16 pounds.
Jerry was shy and used to try to hide from me by sticking his head behind the stove and flattening himself out on the floor. He looked like a big black and white football.
Once I got Jerry cornered in the bathroom trying to give him his medicine. He went from shy and timid 16 pound kittie to a howling, growling, clawing and biting Tasmanian Devil that chased me out of the bathroom, down the hall and into the kitchen.
Tom and Jerry.
Call him Ono, then.
Then you can call the girl Yoko.
I love it!
I tend to like people names for pets, so I’ll go with famous siblings Lionel and Ethel (Barrymore).
Or slightly modifying a real pair’s names, Emile and Zooey (Deschanel).
And sing this song to him: I Love You Ono
I named my cat Cat, it really fits him and sums up his personality well.
My daughter did eventually name him Rondell (no idea where she got that), then decided his name would be whatever the weather was that day (rain, sunny, storm, cloudy, snow) then decided to simplify it to two names depending on the time of day, Midnight and Sunny. Now she’s named him Mittens after a character on Stampylongnose’s Minecraft YouTube channel.
All those name changes are too complicated for me, I still call him Cat for short.
Oh squeeeee! They sure are cute little furballs! Cuddle them often.
Apollo and Artemis
Mister-E and Miss-Chief
Sticker and Cling
Lionel and Ethyl (as already mentioned above)
You cannot use Boris and Natasha since my babies would be upset. I was going to suggest Bonnie and Clyde.
or Bogart and Bacall
or Harley and Quinn (since they’re black and white)
Every cat I’ve ever had received their names in the proper way at the proper time.
I tend to high brow names, Pythagoras, Euclid, Bartlett (Bartlett’s Familar Quotations), Forbes, Cassiopeia. Then after a while, they end up with rude, but justified, nicknames.
Pythagoras (Siamese) was Stinkybutt because he had a GI problem when he was a teenager.
Euclid (Flamepoint Himalayan) was little boy lost, because he’s get lost during the night and cry until I came to rescue him.
Bartlett (1/2 siamese, lilac point) was Black Bart, bot for his color, but his 'tude.
Forbes was a pillow with legs, because he’d lie down to eat.
Of course, there were a couple Spots. Both siamese. One, had to be fostered while I found an apartment because Downtown Spot Brown.
Now, we have Lil’. She’s 13 years old and has never had a name. She was born to Cassiopeia after she got out a week before her life-altering appt. So Lil’ was supposed to be someone else’s cat, so she was just the little kitten.
I’m sure, no matter what we name these two, they will find their true names soon enough.
Isn’t that the truth. I had a lovely white long hair, officially named Bailey. We quickly discovered his true name was Squidgie. I have no idea what a Squidgie is, but he sure was one.
Yeah, I’ve got nothing for you. I just wanted to look at furry kitty pictures.
Oh, I’ve met a Squidgie. It wasn’t the given name of the cat I met, but it SHOULD have been.
Still no names. I’m so ashamed. I’ve been calling the girl Miss Kitty, that may stick.
I have a pair of black and white brothers. One long hair and the other short, so one looks fat and the other skinny.
Formally known as Stan and Ollie. Pronounced Lump and Silly.
how about zeus and apollo?
I had a cat named Little Kitty. I had another cat that was an adult. I referred to the kitten as “the little kitty”. Was waiting to name him when he learned that one so we just kept calling him that.
We had 2 sister cats, both stripped tabbys; one of them had 4 white paws (it was the only way you could tell them apart!). They were named Kit and Kat, after one of our favorite candy bars. Or you could just do like Ree Drummond (Pioneer Woman); her cats are named Kitten Kitten and Kitty Kitty.
Bootsie and Snudge.
