PS – My partner is 6’7", and says the Mini is extremely comfy, both to drive and ride as a passenger – now if it were one of the original Minis, we’d have to fold him up like a telescope to get him in…
They’ll have it for no more than a year, maybe only six month, and it will appear in “well over 100 parades in the county”?! WTF? Don’t those people do any work?
Yeah, laugh all you want, but when your criminal ramblings are foiled by a Mini patrol car popping up from a sewer inspection cover and cutting your escape route, you´ll laugh no more.
Crikey, I just do this on a regular basis to avoid tailbacks.
A couple years ago I received ‘Midtown madness’ as a birthday pressie, and I pick the Mini to drive – the graphics are actually quite detailed for the age of game, and in the London version, I frequently drive down into the Underground and pop up again to elude the police.
right. What MINI isn’t a real eye catcher and conversation piece!! Quite a cute lil getup though.
PS: these lil cars have way more room than most people think. Bubba at 6’9" tall, has no problem riding in and driving my MINI … well except for the fact that I rarely hand him the keys.
