NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 1)

They had the Trumpy Look before the Trumpy Look was the Trumpy Look.

I thought that Jim Jordan was the leader in that category. Actually, both categories: Most Punchable Face and Smuggest Smirk.

We can’t really know which is the Most Punchable unless we line them all up and, you know, actually punch them.

I’m in.

Pence is up there too. He has more of a fake concern face though. Still punchable though.

This is getting to be a pretty long list. Maybe we should just mention those we don’t want to punch…

That’s probably a more reasonable approach.

Bill Barr
Steve Mnuchin
Mick Mulvaney

I’ll be back when I can think of one to add to the new list.

It’s not a list unless there’s at least three items.

:flees:

Well team, we have our work cut out for us. We’re going to have to give 110% effort here!

Science!

Several of them will need more than one punch, just to be sure.

If we sell tickets, we could probably end poverty.

Indeed! But like any good experiment, I would recommend at least five repetitions in order to obtain a statistically-significant sampling.

The congressional Republicans are not saying much about trump’s “suggestion” to postpone the election. A few have said something mild like “oh maybe that’s not the best idea.” Really? A real representative of the American people should IMO slam that idea down hard. WTF? I think most of them haven’t said anything and one said basically “I don’t wanna talk about it.”

# Republicans flat-out reject Trump’s suggestion to delay election

Rubio: “I wish he hadn’t said that.”

What would Rubio and the rest of the GOP have said if Obama had floated such an idea?

“He can suggest whatever he wants. The law is what it is." – Sen. Marco Rubio.

Nice to hear this from an actual Republican, even if it’s three and a half years late.

What is all this stuff about some (probably GOP) states could delay it and cause a ruckus that leads to no election day and the winner being determined by the number of GOP states or something? If the date is set by Congress why would states be allowed to say nope?

Okay I looked up some stuff and that’s scary. Republicans’ insistence that the date is set in stone is not very reassuring.

This has actually never been a democracy at all and this country sucks! Why do we even care about free and fair elections if some nut job governors can basically decide the winner themselves?

Rush thinks the Moms and Veterans protesters in Portland are really actors.

Another Republican that cannot be added to the new list. And also, what a fucking idiot. How much do you think Soros is paying these actors to get pepper sprayed and rubber bulleted?
