To be fair, our Constitution has been used to establish a pretty robust caste system, not hugely unlike those of the various feudalities that it replaced. While it is true that the caste boundaries have been somewhat more flexible than in antecedent states, right now it seems as though they are steadily firming up. It is a pretty little basis for a national government, but still a long, long way from ideal.
It could happen. In the now-Republican house impeaching Biden and then Harris in her turn is a doddle. There are 13 Democratic senate seats up for bid in 2022. If the Republicans pick up 10 of them they have 60 members in the Senate so conviction is assured. This puts the Speaker of the House into the office who appoints The Annointed One as Veep, then he* resigns, and voila, CFSG is President without even bringing in the Oathbreakers and Bully Boys to storm the Capitol again.
Of course, it’ll come to a screeching halt when the Speaker realizes the grift potential and refuses to resign. Then I suppose, the storm troopers will have to be dispatched to his house to murder him.

The US Army – or maybe the Allies – made a documentary about the Holocaust and made a big chunk of the German cilvilian population sit through it. I remember a photo in Life magazine where a pair of teen girls are looking resentful in a movie theater because they’d been laughing and talking during the show and the officer in charge was making them sit through it again. There was also a film presented as evidence at the Nuremberg – perhaps that was the one.

The people who took over the party plan to quickly push it farther to the right, including adopting a resolution calling for counting election ballots by hand.
Republicans: The vote is illegitimate because Biden took the lead late in the process, and the votes weren’t all counted on Election Day.
