It is of course entirely within MTGs oeuvre to have SWATed herself because she had been out of the news for a few days. Although it does sound like the police have a suspect.

Seems counterproductive to me, if indeed one reason Fetterman is doing so well is because of his “alpha male” looks. Rather than puncturing that, I could see voters who see themselves in him getting offended that this effete elite is indirectly telling them to eat a salad.
A Republican PAC, in support of the boot licking Trump endorsed candidate for Governor is accused of darkening Chicago mayor Lightfoot’s complexion in an add. The theme of the ad is “Chicago Scary”, so I don’t doubt for a minute that this was intentional.
