Last month, the mayor of Ridgefield, MS announced that he was withholding $110,000 from the county library system unless they purged all “homosexual materials” from their shelves.
Subsequently, a GoFundMe organized by furries has raised $110,000 for the library.
If you don’t have the stomach to read the whole thing (and I don’t blame you, I feel like throwing up after reading it), it contains such “brilliant” ideas as;
Tax hikes for the poor
Pay cuts and a salary cap for government employees
Mandatory recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance
More qualified immunity
Finish the border wall and name it after Loser Donald
Declare “socialism” an Enemy Combatant
Prohibit raising the debt ceiling
A five-year sunset on ALL federal laws
Military ballots which arrive after Election Day cannot be counted
Public shaming of single mothers
Ban pornography and cuss words
Ban transgender people
Give businesses the right to discriminate against anyone they want
Quit the UN
Dwight D. Eisenhower would have personally kicked your ass if you gave him this pamphlet. Today it’s what passes for mainstream Republican policy.
This is part of the problem with fighting this - it isn’t insanity, it is evil and knowing your voters. The people he needs to support him agree with almost all of that (they may disagree with one or two items, but support most of the list so “Go Ron! Win your next NASCAR race!”
Apropos of nothing in particular, I’m pretty sure a cattle baron such as Mr. Nunes has a LOT of cows, any one of whom might be eager to try their hand hoof at becoming a social media star.

Why do people vote in candidates who are obviously, clearly, unequivocally mentally ill? I mean she is exhibiting classical paranoid schizophrenic symptoms. She’s not normal. She’s a danger to herself and others. She should be under medical supervision.
This is all the result of liberal tolerance. Remember Randall Patrick McMurphy and the days when it was ok, even encouraged, to mock and belittle people with mental illness? Then along came the bleeding heart types who told us we have to treat them with decency and respect. Now, it seems, the full 180 has taken hold, such that we are expected to honor and revere derangement and psychosis and hold it above reason and sanity.
I mean, just because Hunter S. Thompson was able to turn crazy into high art does not mean that just anybody can try this at home.
Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has ordered the state Department of Family and Protective Services to begin the process to name the parents of trans kids as child abusers. His order will also require all law protection, medical professionals, and others responsible for reporting child abuse, to report to the state the parents of trans kids as child abusers.
