I actually don’t have a problem with teaching about the horrors of communist governments like the ones that are listed. (As long as we also teach about what we put black and brown people through, which is what Florida doesn’t want children to know about.)

Reading the story it just says “moved closer to the center of the ship” which I think probably means centered fore and aft. The tower on Gerald R. Ford is quite a long ways aft (though it is on Nimitz-class as well). Even Trump can’t be so stupid as to think you could put the tower on a carrier amidships. I think.
I wouldn’t be so sure…
