He didn’t specify “for President,” so he means a man who votes for a woman for any office is now a woman. This is the break we need to get rid of Margarine Tailored Greed, Lauren Bobblehead, and the other women in the Krazy KauKus. We’ll have to figure something else out for the men.
Sadly, most of my choices have been men. I’ll vote for a qualified woman when possible though, so I guess I’m gender-fluid or something.
And of course it’d be transitive. If any man who ever votes for a woman becomes a woman, then anyone who votes for that person then also becomes a woman, and so on. I’m pretty sure that the entire voting population of the country is now female.
It’s almost as of the idiot in the referenced post thinks being a woman would be a Bad Thing.

Suddenly, people accept that dysphoria is very, very real.

As if we needed another proof, this goes to show how situational right-wingers are. If it suits their goals to say there’s no such thing as gender dysphoria, then they say that. And then if they’re flailing to find some effective attack on Kamala Harris, then they say g.d. is very real and voting for her will make males into transwomen.
Although I do think the “weird” strategy is the best one Dems have come up with in years—effective because it’s true and effective because it actually bothers people—I do wish we could come up with an equally-effective way to communicate how utterly-without-core-beliefs today’s Republicans really are.

But a lot of MAGA folks do want to believe that they are People of Principle—the only People of Principle. They accept the flip-flopping positions they get from Trump speeches and FoxNews and all the rest, but they continue to cling to the concept that whatever the flip-flopped position happens to be, at this particular moment, that position is the position of the patriotic and the God-fearing.

It is now a truism that if Democrats have any hope of carrying key swing states and overcoming Trump’s advantages in the Electoral College, they have to break through to white, working-class, non-college-educated men and women, who, if they have one thing in common, feel denigrated and humiliated by Democratic, liberal, college-educated elites. They hate the people who hate Trump more than they care about any Trump policies. Therefore, the dumbest message Democrats could seize on right now is to further humiliate them as “weird.”
