NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 3)

Ninja, please.

The magacult has convinced themselves that rabies vaccines will give their dogs autism.

40% is NOT A MAJORITY! THANK YOU!

What do they propose are the behavior indicia of an autistic dog?

Chasing their tails, barking a lot, endlessly chasing tennis balls…

have not read the article however… It’s possible that a majority are “concerned”, while a smaller percentage (40%) make the autism link.

…walking in a circle before lying down, inappropriate closeness with strangers…

“No Ma’am, your dog is NOT on the Spectrum. It’s just got a dog’s brain.
But he may be stupider than the average dog due to bad breeding practices, which you surely understand.”

Sounds like we have an epidemic on our hands.

Shit, yeah. Stoopid keyboard.

… limited vocabulary, strict adherence to schedules, oversensitivity to smells …

We are fucked. Unless this braindead epidemy of idiots somehow reverses curse we (as in humanity) are truly, deeply, really fucked.

Ya mean the orange menace curse?

I agree though. This is so beyond ridiculous. How do you even respond to that? Rabies vaccinations gives dogs autism? Ummm… what?

I’m more and more in favor of extreme violence.

Ouch “Curse” “Course” :man_facepalming:

But yes, Trump is just a symptom, unless this plague of stupidity starts to recede soon, I see little hope for humanity.

Or at least some significant consequences, problem is that we will most assuredly feel the consequences collectively instead of just the idiots paying for their idiocy.

Someone said it on the SDMB, can’t find it but paraphrased - “Your leaders are surrendering in Atlanta again. How many times do you want to do this?”

But didn’t the first insurrection’s leaders actually surrender in Appomattox, Virginia?

You are probably right. The Civil War was not an insurrection in my mind. Not like the insurrection that Trump started. Why this man is still walking around free is a puzzle.

But I thought the joke was meant to suggest that the Civil War was the first insurrection, and Jan. 6th the second, and that both were ending with leaders surrendering in Atlanta. Which is clearly inaccurate, so maybe I’m missing the point entirely. :face_with_spiral_eyes:
