NEW Stupid Republican Idea of the Day (Part 4)

The tragic couch accident that turns Vance into a pancake would have to happen before he had a VP in place. I don’t think we have to worry about Grassley ascending to the Golden Toilet.

Defense attorneys are irrelevant if any attempt to shoot a thug / militia / ICE agent results in all their pals returning fire until you’re hamburger.

These folks are past the point where legalities enter into the behavior of either side.

I thought Linda McMahon was Secretary of Education.

That was last week

That’s assuming they’re only being opposed by an individual, and not a group of vigilant people wary of a group of masked militia folks invading their neighborhood.

Jesus Christ…! You’d need a Browning A5 shotgun to catch all of them… probably with bird shot…

I think everone in Trump’s cabinet has three or four jobs now.

How many of them were appointed/picked by Trump?

The best… men.

Sorry I don’t have a link but Toby Morton - the former South Park writer who buys up right-wing domain names and puts up satirical websites there - says that GoDaddy has approached him to broker a potential sale of the TrumpKennedyCenter.com web domain he owns for a grand total of…$400.

Morton recently turned down a similar offer for the .org site.

I am poor but a low ball offer like that would elicit a laugh and, “Make a serious offer.”

If he ever does sell it, wait for the check to clear with these people. Trump doesn’t pay anyone for anything.

That’s a problem with Senate rules/customs, though.

I know. But someone that old shouldn’t even be in the federal government, let alone a few hamburgers away from the presidency.

We need a maximum age limit for Congress, but we’ve addressed that before.

The GOP-heavy Kansas legislature just passed a ‘bathroom bill’, which mandates that people must use the bathroom in government buildings that matches their biological sex at birth. These buildings include locations owned by the state and local governments, public schools, and public universities. Testimony by a female representative in favor of the bill said the bill ‘protected women’. The bill was rammed through the Senate via a procedure that did not allow any public debate.

Many observers believe that the bill is a direct attack on Representative Ali Boatman, a Wichita Democrat who is a transgender woman. Democratic Governor Laura Kelly will certainly veto the bill, but the GOP majority in both houses have enough votes to override her veto.

You can read more details here from the Kansas Reflector. I don’t think it’s paywalled.

God, I pity those poor Pages…

The stupidest part of this isn’t the hatred, but the unenforcibility. Unless you’re a recognizable person who is publically “out” as transgendered, how is anyone going to know?
