I hadn’t heard of that, but it does make some sense. (Though in this case the hate-perpetrators are both on the right.)
The old left of the 1960s was notoriously white-and-male, and hostile to persons of other designations; no doubt there was some horseshoe-shaped stuff going on there. On the whole, though, today’s far right seems to be winning the ‘most hate-filled’ sweepstakes.
I’ve said this before on the board, but finding a whackadoodle in the NH House is like finding a drunk person at an Eagles game. The New Hampshire House is huge and each member represents like 12 people (I hyperbolize). Been like that for decades
Not that it’s not worth calling out, just thought I’d mention it.
I, too, was trying to decypher what his problem with “theater kids” was.
To me, it reads like he’s complaining that they are intellectual lightweights who are too young to have any practical experience to draw upon. Thus they are ill-prepared to accurately analyze the problems or provide solutions.
Apparently he’s bitter he wasn’t invited to the party. Those theater kids always throw such a fun event, unlike those Poly Sci majors too busy trying to have a deep, intellectual debate over whether fascism is evil or if it’s evil and effective.
“See, I totally wasn’t calling for the execution of Jews. I was calling due the execution of fun people.”
“Top Trump officials acknowledged to lawmakers during recent classified briefings that they did not plan for the possibility of Iran closing the strait in response to strikes.”
Pete “war crimes are fun” Hegseth violates federal and imternational law on live TV by declaring that it’s the military’s policy to execute surrendering Iranians.
Speaking of hatred and bigotry, especially when it comes to Muslims, this ad is making the rounds in Kentucky. It essentially says that Republican Andy Barr (running for Senate) advocates for bringing Muslims into America to continue killing Americans.
