Next lawsuit will be Trump claiming a Democrat said something mean about him and so all Democrats automatically lose their elections.

Now one’s ashamed of the traitor flag?
A Confederate flag was displayed front and center at a campaign event for a Trump-endorsed candidate before someone hastily tried to scrub it from the record, the Daily Beast can reveal.
Michael Whatley , who is gunning for an open Senate seat in North Carolina, held an event last week at Henderson County GOP headquarters, about 25 miles south of Asheville, where the organization shared photos showing a Confederate flag prominently displayed.
In a Facebook post this month, the group shared several photos from the event, including one showing a woman smiling next to the Confederate flag and holding a Whatley campaign sign reading “Protect Our Families.”
The post was captioned “Proud Supporter,” according to screenshots obtained by the Daily Beast. But the Henderson County GOP later removed the photo and replaced it with the same image, this time with the Confederate flag shoddily photoshopped out.

What’s a little election fraud among scum? (Did I already ask that?)
A Republican operative who regularly accuses Democrats of voter fraud allegedly let three fellow conservatives register to vote using his Pennsylvania address—even as questions swirl about whether they actually lived there, according to a report.
Scott Presler, a 38-year-old conservative get-out-the-vote organizer whose resemblance to CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins has become a running joke on social media , bought a home in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, and used that address to vote in November’s election.
Three other GOP operatives unrelated to Presler and from other states also registered to vote using his address, The Bulwark reported Friday, in what could violate election laws.
But you really have to love this tidbit from the article.
Mr. Presler is a generous person who, over time, has had friends find residency in his home while actively working and residing in Pennsylvania. EVA PAC takes its voter registration compliance with law very seriously," it said in a statement.
“Several of the residents that once lived in Scott’s home have now since departed and found residence elsewhere in other states—yet as you’ve shown, the PA voter rolls continue to reflect their names here,” they continued. “It is pure madness that PA can’t clean up their voter rolls.”
So it’s Pennsylvania’s fault he’s aiding and abetting? Good luck with that defense.
New ad by right-wing PAC America Next calls liberals “the new racists.”
(My two cents: between the Dutch-angled shots of politicians speaking on TV screens and the shadowed-for-anonymity narrator, this feels oddly like a pastiche of NAZA .)
If liberals are the “new” racists, that means there has to have been some other group of racists before them. Hmmm, who could that be? Witnessing these dingalings lose their shit over losing their majority / power would be hilarious if we weren’t all paying for it.
