Law enforcement do already get hand- to-hand training for situations that arise when trying to apprehend suspects. There are legitimate techniques and training for all kinds of scenarios, including disarming opponents.
The UFC is not an expert source for this information. There may be members who know some many of the techniques, but that’s not the UFC. They are a training ground for hard combat, but they are not an exclusive source for that, either.
By now, I’m sure the FBI has a pretty robust in-house program for training. I’m not sure there’s much the UFC could provide that is new/ different.
