I also registered on March 11, 2002.
I suspect that those of us who live in that neighborhood tend to be a little more active than some of the others. We were the folks who were just itching to get on the board after it came back up again.
My neighbor to the north, 19851 Acquiesce, has posted only two times (her last post, titled “I need uncensored news sources”, may have left a bad taste in her mouth–she was all but accused of being a conspiracy nut).
My neighbor to the south, however, is the well known 19853 Exapno Mapcase with almost 1200 posts to his or her credit. (The latest being a zinger tossed in Rilchiam’s direction…)
Seems like I’m living in the abandoned section of the SDMB.

I’ve been meaning to have hajario from up the street over for Niepoort and Cohibas, but that rusted-out pick-up truck on the front lawn says: “Leave me alone!”

My neighbors are darwinicon, with a grand total of 1 post to his/her credit, and Brownie1940, with none at all.
I’ll have to check the rest of the neighborhood later.
To the left I’ve got Ed Heil and to the right I’ve got Pete; neither of these folks ever posted. Nine over to the left is RTA, whom I recognize, and who posted today. Fifteen over to the right is Edward_J_Cunningham, whom I remember, even though his 249th and final post was on 11-29-1999.

To the north, #252: douglips. Yes, I recognize the name, but not for any specific reason; just seen 'em around. 1288 posts, last posted in April.
I think that makes me the first person with immediate neighbors who are both major contributors to the board. Wow, busy area to be in.

Lixitxachitl posted 12 times… the last one almost a year after registering on 11-16-01 to talk about whether or not honey can be made artificially… though it appears that her post was merely to say “Gee, wish I’d thought of Bee Vomit for a username!” when I Am Sparticus (now banned) said something characteristically stupid.
There are very few active posters who registered on 11-16-01 with me, but they include Barking Spider, banned after 383 posts for being an exceptionally unpleasant bigot and general racist. And just for kicks, I was the first person to register on that day, and I’m the most active poster of the bunch - Barking Spider was more active, but he doesn’t count - so I guess it was a dark day for the SDMB.
