I’m starting to think Jones might be Hostetler level. (I rank Simms and Eli roughly tied, well ahead of both.) I don’t know that the defense is up to the 1990 standard, but they are good. For the first time in a long time I feel like the Giants have a puncher’s chance. I did not feel that during their last playoff run (2016?) because the offensive line was so atrocious, but things on the o-line are starting to look up.
I agree. Lamar is a top 10 QB with the talent to be top 5. DJ’s ceiling is probably Kirk Cousins. Right now, however, I’m not concerned with the offseason.
