Is there anyone who thinks that the Saints would trade Reggie Bush after picking him?
The Titans are taking Leinart.

I’m still not convinced. Now they KNOW what the second pick is and its value. The Jets are STILL working on the trade.
I’m hanging on a little bit, aren’t I?
There are no trades! There are no trades!
They said consistently in the last day ‘we want him and that’s it,’ and I think we have to take them at their word at this point.
Great minds, Brianjedi.
I need to be the General Manager of the Lions. I need to be privy to all the talk and bartering and deals that go on. I NEED to, dammit.
i think i’m working on doubling my number of overall posts today.
I was secretly wishing we’d get to see Reggie Bush playing on natural grass. No such luck, wish they’d totally revamp that dome, but it’s too late for that.
Next drama is here, Leinart or Young? When was the last time you remember this much excitement in the first 3 picks…plus the Jets’ fans losing their minds waiting at 4.
Me personally? I love the gaps between picks. Gives plenty of time to adequately discuss the players taken in the first round. For some of the guys who haven’t gotten enough airtime in the later picks I like that they have 15 minutes to show highlights and discuss upside.
Of course too often they are busy discussing trades or off topic things when an unsexy pick comes up in the middle of the draft, but that’s what I dream of.
Do you really want to be privy to the awful deals Matt Millen is considering right now? Someone’s probably offered him a couple of 7th round picks and a golf cart for Marcus Pollard and the next three #1 picks.
You mean Leinart, Young, or Cutler, right?
That and D’Brickashaw Ferguson and Vernon Davis.
Well. Vince Young is it. Nowwwwwwww this gets interesting.
Norm Chow is ready to tender his resignation…
Wonder if this brings McNair back? Cutler to the Ravens?
Wow, Norm Chow must have gotten shouted down pretty fiercely for them to be picking Young here.
We are gonna look back on this pick 3 or 4 years from now and say that the Titans made the biggest draft mistake since Ryan Leaf.
Is it an electric golf cart?
And I don’t necessarily want to be the GM for th etrades offered to me. I’d love to be it for the trades I could offer.
if it’s electric, then we’re in business, my boy…tell me more about this…“cart”
crappy thing is… I have no TV to keep tabs on things… so my high speed internet is all I have to keep tabs on what is going on… when they feel free to update things sigh streaming Vid would be nice.
Does little Norman want to work the Lions? Yes he does…yes he dooooooeeeeessssssss.
it’s early. stop picking on me.
Many people dubbed Leinart and the Jets a natural combination. Now they can get him without moving up.
I’m willing…for you…to put my cell phone on speakerphone and put it by the tv. I am THAT nice of a guy.
Say the word, and it shall be done.
thanks, but 15 minutes of fricking comercials and garbage just to hear a pick a bit sooner? Besides someone said something about coors commercials…
thanks awayways…
I agree, Leinart to the Jets is a good fit. Leinart would really excel in a West Coast System. Not sure what the new system will look like under Mangini.
The Jets cannot be thinking about taking Ferguson over Leinart. Chad Pennington’s shoulder is held together with spit and bailing wire, Patrick Ramsey is… Patrick Ramsey, and Leinart’s already shown he doesn’t get starstruck by playing in a big media market.
This is true.
Gah, Berman just likened Ferguson to Boselli and Ogden (or Pace. My addition).
Jets fans, right now, are not very happy.
Is there anyone who’s Draft advice you trust less than Michael Irvin? Except that Carruci guy of course.
