4 seems much more common nowadays. Don’t have any numbers to back that up, of course.
NFL.com and CBSSportsline.com use 6 points, ESPN and Yahoo! use 4. Those are the only sites I’ve used for leagues.
All other factors aside, I would call whatever NFL.com uses the standard.
Details on McNabb’s contract. It sounds like Washington’s options in the offseason will be to get rid of him, or pay him a $10 million bonus.

I wonder how this contract would impact him if there were to be a lockout for the full 2011 season. Seems like the deal was some necessitated by that.
Bizarre that they would sign an extension at the time they did, and yet leave themselves such an easy (and at this point, no-brainer) way out. It’s almost as if, internally, they were trying to apologize to McNabb but didn’t exactly go into it full-hearted. To me it seems like they’re cut to be cutting him loose after this season and there isn’t really any other way around it.
Maybe they’re planning to go after Vick in free agency. That’d be hilarious.
If Vick keeps playing the way he’s playing, I don’t think Philly is going to let him go anywhere.
Sure, but I don’t see him having another 6 touchdown game. The question is whether he can keep turning out 3-touchdown games, which is certainly possible.
The “insiders” are already discussing Kolb’s potential trade value. He’s only going to cost the Eagles something like $3M next year, though, so they definitely need to keep him. Vick gets hurt a lot.
The Eagles also need to have some “Go directly to jail” insurance. This is Vick after all.
