NFL Week 15

Andre Johnson was kind enough to do a lap dance for the kid and I today. His Lambeau Leap landed on us, then Reggie Wayne had a magnificent TD catch 10 feet away. So the people we’re with get texts saying we’re all on TV. Great, I’m recording back at home and can get pics off that. We join other friends in a luxury suite and enjoy some free booze n chow but the view ain’t near as good so back to the endzone. We get home, try and pull up the DVR and the blasted thing went out right after we left. Nothing recorded. Now that’s a bit of a bummer. Sports with your kid, you want to preserve as many tangible memories as possible.

And the Cowboys just beat the Pittsburg guys. Heh.

You can do a one week subscription to NFL game rewind and take screenshots, or maybe they’ll replay it on the NFL network weekly replay.

8-8 cannot win the NCF East.

Ooof! Where was the Pittsburgh D?

This has set up a titanic showdown between the Bengals and Steelers in Pittsburgh next Sunday. And WTF has happened to the Ravens? Shit, the division isn’t out of reach for any of the three teams at this point!

Because Dallas plays Washington in week 17 and both cannot lose.

Yeah - doesn’t seem like anyone wants it this year.

I have no idea what etv78 is talking about, but the Redskins clearly have a real shot at the playoffs, and with the Eagles and Cowpokes left certainly can win out.

What about 8-7-1?

Of course. If all three teams lose next week, New York loses in week 17 and Dallas and Washington tie. Depending on tie breakers, either Dallas or Washington will win at 8-7-1.

Really! Did everyone in the country just get switched from SNF to Obama speech or just my local market?

That would be boring. All three losing next week and tying in week 17 would be all kinds of fun.

Since the Redskins won in Dallas on Thanksgiving, they’d win the head-to-head tiebreaker if they both finished 8-7-1 and the Giants were 8-8.

Now that you mention it, I’ve got that, good call. The Wayne catch won’t be on there because it came back on a penalty but maybe some of the rest will be there. Thanks, Señor.

After watching the Pats dismantle the Texans last week, this SF lead is even more impressive to me.

I’m waiting for the Pats fans to start throwing disco records on the field.

Brady may yet engineer a comeback. It looks unlikely as SF’s defense has been so dominant though.

As a neutral observer of this game, that non-call of pass interference as the Pats DB shoved the SF receiver out of the way was awful.

31-17…not over yet!

We got a game here!
