Yeah, it made me less mad that they had to show me the end of that game instead of the start of the Patriots. That the last minute was exciting.

Bad day for the refs in New Orleans. Sproles stepped out on that last TD, Brees got roughed but no flag—and his hit was worse than the one on Cutler that did get flagged.
Speaking of Cutler, he can’t be happy with his o-line. He really took a beating today.

Did the Lions just annihilate a team? Are they really a decent team or is this a glitch? I don’t follow football. Lived in Michigan most of my life, so I never know what to believe.
They have a pretty good team and the played a super shitty team that lost its best player early on to injury.
They’re for realsies. They’ve been rebuilding the last couple years after an absolutely atrocious run of poor drafts, poor coaching, and poor management. But they won the last four games of last year and have brought that momentum into this season. KC isn’t exactly a great team, so don’t put too much into it, but they’re a good team. They have their weaknesses (O line, back 7, running game), but they’re good enough to beat up on teams now.
All I know is that Pittsburgh put a real hurting on the Seahawks and are now going to be getting what is essentially a mulligan with a 4-way tie for first in the AFC North. That is, after the Bengals lose to the Broncos, a foregone conclusion.
God damn, the Patriots offensive line is doing their job well today. Brady has time to write a novel in the pocket.
I see Plax put up a big goose egg in fantasy today. What happened? Was he just old, slow and crappy or was he a late scratch with injury? Did the Jets just stop throwing the ball with the big lead or was Sanchez hot garbage?

So since Kevin Kolb was te first QB to throw for 300+ yards in his first two career starts, I guess that means Cam Newton (400+ in first two starts) will be traded for Darrell Revis and a first round pick after next year?

Can I just mention that I hope Terry Bradshaw gets taken off the air soon. He’s always been a bumbling oaf and never was particularly articulate, but now it’s just getting embarrassing. Fox really needs to step in here. It might be bad PR but it has to be done, this is embarrassing for Bradshaw, Fox and the NFL.
