I dunno. Game has looked pretty even to me, and the game should at least be tied. Some wonderful saves by Rask and his teammates there. If the Blues are trying to throw the game or if it’s “fixed,” they’re doing a great job of convincing me that they’re playing with conviction.

And speaking of old times, I can’t help but marvel at the camera angles and replays nowadays. Back in the day, I watched O’Reilly, Sanderson, Cheevers and Co. on a 13" B&W set with rabbit ears… don’t think I ever actually saw a puck go into the net…
The only good news from tonight is that the season lasts one more game.
33 cameras, they said. I too perked up at that; I remember when 5 was the norm for hockey and basketball.
So actual hockey question here. On the puck that went off Rask’s back (Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask secures puck behind back in second period Game 6), would it have counted if the puck had gone in? Number 17 for the Blues is actually farther into the crease than Rask is (both skates way inside the blue area) when the shot is taken. Would that have negated the goal?
The goal would have counted because there was no goaltender interference. It doesn’t matter if an opposing player is in the crease, as long as he doesn’t impede the goalie’s ability to stop the puck.
That’s the way to bet, but mainly because Rask is hot and Binnington is not. Always go with the goalie.
Boston wins its 7th Stanley Cup and third sports championship in one year? Please, please, please, please, please, please, please.
Apparently Marchand has set the NHL record for his team going 25 and 1 when he scores.
Bob Gainey is second, although I don’t have the numbers.
A little over 4 hours until the puck drops and I’m so excited I can hardly stand it! 
OTOH, a little under 8 hours until there’s no more hockey for 113 days.
