A little bird tells me that Justice Scalia is the author of the majority opinion in the soon-to-be-released DC v. Heller gun rights case.
Obviously, nothing’s official until the Court releases it, and my source could be yanking my chain, and so perhaps this should have gone in MPSIMS. But it seemed like an obvious canddiate for GD when the opinion comes out. So here we are.
