I would second this suggestion. Buy the plastic wrapped version of the magazine, you get the DVD with 3 scenes on it. Usually one M-F, one F-F, and one group scene. No plot, just sex scenes from full-length Hustler videos (so the actors are actors, not 2 guy and a camera paying chicks off the street $200 to film an “audition”).
Cheap cost, the price of a magazine, and if you don’t like it, buy the next month’s copy. Or go to a specialty store that has back issues and stock up.

Hrm… I enjoyed Shortbus as a movie (got it from Netflix on recommendation from, of all people, my boyfriend’s mom) but I can’t say that I found any of it erotic. Sexual, yes, but not in a way that turned me on. Some of it was hilarious (the Star Spangled Banner scene, for example!! but THAT certainly wasn’t erotic! LOL) and some of it was deeply moving… but no, that movie actually probably would tend to make me less inclined to have sex or masturbate right away rather than the other way around.
