This afternoon has consisted of N.O.L., the washin’ up of dishes, and nappage. The monumental task of rollin’ the biiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can all the way down to the road remains. Woe is me.
Cool Mug Mooommm. Lazy day as usual at Butters’ Abode. Louie didn’t even get his bath yet but there is still time. Loved the photo’s of the Mump Fest. I agree Swampy should host since he loves to cook and has that cement pond and all.
I just closed the slider door onLucky Louie’s tail. He is fine and already wagging it but I feel like the worst dog mama ever.
My high school friend brought her boxer/pit mix yesterday - he crashed into my back screen door and pretty much demolished the screen. I’d wanted to replace it anyway - Taz had been climbing it and there were tons of small holes. Now there’s a big one!
You know Louie is thinking “I can milk this for a few extra doggy treats!”

I was dozing in front of the TV, and **FCD **said I was tired because I hadn’t done anything all day.
He forgot the 3 loads of laundry, the dishes ( in the dishwasher and done by hand,) the critter water dish, and making dinner. No, I didn’t do anything, did I?? :smack: To be fair, he did sleep thru most of my chores…
I think I’ll sleep with Mel tonight.
Oh, yeah, and it’s still raining. Dammit.

Clearly he ain’t met many bikers. 
On that note ----- after almost 4 hours of a rain delay they finally called the game and we finally got on our bikes and headed home. The one guy always carries this old little magnetic chess set so we had a tourney at our seats (under cover - we aren’t that stupid - all the time) while we just enjoyed the silliness of it. They only got in one inning and none of us will be able to make any of the games we can exchange the tickets for. So I passed them on to my neighbor who is a licensed scalper. What the heck - he helps me trim the hedges and the Pirates don’t; so there! 
Better yet, try Lutheran Jitsu — its more painful than jiu jitsu because it involves an unidentifiable hot-dish made by a total stranger. 
**Butters **- that particular project will be taking the door to the little hardware store across the street from our car guys. My friend offered to pay for it, but it’s not that big a deal, and I wanted to replace it anyway.
**FCD **informed me that my fabulous pineapple upside down cake doesn’t go well with Higgs farts. Who knew???
I won’t attack my poor, suffering sweetie. Fingers crossed that when he sees his dr. tomorrow, he’ll come home with surgery scheduled for Weds…

Left home ≈ 8:45 & didn’t get home until ≈ 18:30. Part of that time was spent chasing ruggus rattuses thru a playground, not mine, but the ones I went there with. Pan cooked sliders bought @ Wegmans. Prolly spent longer cleaning the stovetop & counter than cooking those splattery little suckers.

I watched hockey. I did laundry. I went to a minor league baseball game with the hockey Booster Club(It reminded me why I am not a baseball fan) Now watching more hockey and pondering dinner.
