Now for something completely different!

I don’t know about the rest of you, but “Christmas in Sarajevo” by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra has to be the best Christmas song ever. The radio stations around here play it about twice a day around Christmastime, and it’s great.

Anyone else heard this gem?

Not being sarcastic, either.

We are the children of the Eighties. We are not the first “lost generation” nor today’s lost generation; in fact, we think we know just where we stand - or are discovering it as we speak.

Weird Al- Christmas at Ground Zero
“It’s Christmas at Ground Zero
We’re dancin’ in the snow
You can duck and cover
With your Yuletide lover
Underneath the mistletoe”
I think Weird Al has a real problem w/Christmas. Consider this, and “The Night Santa went crazy,” where Santa goes bezerk (sp?) and slaughters all the reindeer. On teh album, he gets arrested “out w/good behavior in 700 more years” and on a single, he gets shot by the FBI. Funny stuff.

If I were a baseball player, and I got beaned by a fastball, I wouldn’t want medical attention. I’d want my limp, lifeless body flung to 1st, cause, dammit, I earned it!
