Now that those of us in the land of Daylight Savings Time have lost an hour . .

. . . where do you think your hour went. I think mine got lost under the bed.

Like everything else, lost in a beer. Which beer? I dunno, I’m still searching.

Mandatory nitpick: Daylight Saving Time, not Savings.

Mine is in my safe deposit box (not “safety deposit box”).

I’ve never seen a safe that small.

I put mine into a high-interest savings account. By October, it should be worth about 1:05.

I think mine is behind the refrigerator, where somehow the cats manage to store everything we ever lose around the house.

Living in Arizona I don’t have to worry about it. Neener, neener.

I’m feeling mine poking my neck.

I wore up early today, and then realized i had actually woken up on time about 15 minutes before I’d sry my alarm.

I wake up earlier and earlier at this time of year anyway, because dawn is getting earlier. It’s nice that all my friends start going to bed an hour earlier, too.

You lucky bastards - we have to wait until March 29 to move our clocks.

I know where it is. You gave it to us in the south.

Though I can’t use it until April 7th.

That’s debatable at best. Most importantly the battle is lost; “Daylight Savings” is the term actually used by nearly everyone.

Actually, wiki says both are acceptable. ➜ Daylight saving time - Wikipedia ⇨ “Daylight saving time (DST), also referred to as daylight savings time, daylight time (United States and Canada)…”

ETA — like @Der_Trihs said in their post above mine!

Daylight savings?

Daylights saving?

I think I’ve usually said daylight savings.

This is one I think you’ve seen before…

What do you save at night?

Anyway, since it is the standard time for most of the year, they should call it “Standard Time” or something.

I saved mine up from last fall while you fat cats all slept in.

But did we do it? Did we save the daylight?!

Like @DesertDog , I never have to worry about saving daylight here in Saskatchewan. We have a constant, steady stream of daylight and I never have to worry about hoarding it.

That lost hour is with the missing sock from the clothes dryer.

Thanks for sharing your daylight. We here down in California could use some.

Got water? We could use some of that too.
