Didn’t lose it until I was 19 due to truly monumental cluelessness. I mean, I mowed the lawn of a porn star, and managed to not get laid. I actually had this confirmed years later when my ex-wife talked to the porn star, who confirmed that she wanted to but “…he didn’t seem interested.”
Finally lost it to a girl who might uncharitably be described as a “slut” but who was able to get past my utter lack of a clue. She passed me off to my ex-wife (very bad idea).
After that ended, mostly longer relationships but a couple of one nighters and several months as the third in a ménage. But I still remained basically blind to the signals that women send. Luckily I met my wife, and we have been together ever since, and I no longer have to try to understand subtle clues.

Gave it up at age 21 to the man who would become Mr. S. Married 21 years and counting. Wasn’t saving myself for marriage or anything, but I didn’t want my first time to be with a jerk or a one-night stand. It just worked out that my first one was also The One. I guess I chose wisely. 
Heard of it? Sure. Wouldn’t know where to find one, and the idea of paying someone to be nice to me doesn’t particularly appeal to me in the first place.

In fact there is someone in this very thread who claimed ‘over 250, maybe less than 350’. People should read th thread before they announce winners! In any case, I am not one of the winners. Following the Crane brothers’ quote upthread, let’s just say it’s more than two. Significantly more than two.
Well, the first part is true, but I’m not counting it that way for that reason. It had more to do with the fact that I became inexplicably nauseated mid-act and had to leave, and that was the only time we attempted to sleep together. How we remained friends after that, I’ll never know.
Partner? The correct term nowadays is fuck buddy.

Prior to marriage and not counting the ex, total of 13. Three of those were prostitutes, three were guys (what are the younger years for, if not for experimenting?), the rest about evenly divided between one-night stands and longer-term affairs. FWIW, I remember all their names.
