Those of you who were keeping track know that we had been planning and then cancelled a New York Megadopefest on the weekend of October 23. We said that we’d be doing something that weekend, and now we’ve figured out what that something would be.
We’ll be gathering for a Korean dinner in Midtown on Saturday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m. We’ll be meeting in Little Korea near Herald Square (34th & Sixth) at a restaurant to be named shortly.
So, I look forward to seeing those of you who can make it.

I’d like to come but I too have never had Kirean food so someone else will have to pick the place.

I doubt I’ll be there, as I have to conserve my funds for shopping the next day.

Kang Suh is incredibly good and handles crowds well. I will be out of town teaching a workshop this weekend. Darn it all ! I adooooooooooore Korean food.

Darn you, Ike for changing the title. Don’t you realize that I was proposing the subtle delights of Kirean food, not the all too much more common Korean food.
Since you made the change, I guess we’ll have to settle for Korean.
We’ll meet at Kum Gang San, 49 West 32nd Street on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. You can take the B/D/F/V or N/R/Q/W to 34th St/Herald Square.
Please let me know if you’ll be coming by Friday so I may make a reservation. The reservation will be under the name Cecil Adams.
